Follow these steps the first time you log in after MFA is added:

  1. Go to the LiteBlue website: liteblue.usps.gov
  2. Click “Sign In.”
  3. Type your Employee ID number (this is your EIN).
  4. Click “Next.”
  5. Enter your temporary password
  6. Create a new password
    • Type it twice.
    • Follow the rules shown on the screen (like number of characters or special symbols).
  7. Set up your MFA method
    • Choose how you want to get your code:
      • By text message
      • By email

Note: You have 15 minutes to finish setup before it times out, so try not to pause during the process.
